Positions I will actually defend.
Not hot takes. These are the things I say the same way whether or not anyone is listening.
01Hard work beats talent, and when the two meet, the impossible is within reach.
I used to think talent was everything: no talent, no greatness. I also thought talent and hard work lived in separate worlds. I was wrong about both. I'm a living testimony.
02Tech keeps building the same five things.
If it's not fintech, it's health, then security, then education, then commerce. There's so much more if people were as motivated to build where their heart actually lies. Nature and wildlife. Environmental protection. Filmmaking. Research. Games built for a cause. The SDGs.
03Do the smallest amount of work.
People aren't ready to become the best version of themselves by attempting even the smallest, lightest, most miniscule bit of work. Nobody's asking for everything. Just your part.
04Being ill-mannered is not a flex.
We as a generation have gotten comfortable with it. It is not the win people think it is.
05The heroes were not entertainment.
Marvel, DC, Disney XD, Cartoon Network. They genuinely made me want to do good and become better, and I still apply what I learned from them. I don't know who I'd be without it. It's part of the Source.
ComingLonger writing goes here eventually. Research notes from FUTO-RISERS, build logs from any and all of my projects like AURA and the game, and whatever I work out along the way, and expect more, so much more.

Where I think the work should go.
Nature and wildlife. Environmental protection. Filmmaking. Research. Games built for a cause. The SDGs. It is where I plan to point my own work, and where I think people with these skills should be pointing theirs. The industries everyone funds are already crowded. The interesting problems are sitting in the ones nobody is motivated to build for.
